A new purpose for the former KPMG Nederland building, located along the A9 near Amstelveen, which was once built as an anthroposophical office of approximately 50,000m². We are currently redeveloping this location into a luxurious residential area with 320 sustainable apartments and ample indoor parking. The expected completion is mid-2020. For this redevelopment, we are working closely with Prowinko and Bouwbedrijf de Nijs.
